ETF Workshop – “Geographically distributed Linux servers for research and development”
On the 23rd of May, prof. Dan Komosny from Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic (https://www.vutbr.cz/en/people/dan-komosny-3065) held a workshop on the topic “Geographically distributed Linux servers for R & D”. As part of the workshop, students had the opportunity to access various PlanetLab EU servers and perform tasks within the workshop. We thank prof. May 17 – International day of Telecommunication and Information Society
The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina has organized a press conference to mark the 17th of May, the World Telecommunication and Information Society Day. The announcement of the 50th anniversary of the signing of the First International Telegraphic Convention in 1865 and the establishment of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) this year focuses on the topic “Overcoming the mismatch of standardization”. ITU standards offer a common basis for growth and innovation, thus speeding up progress towards sustainable development goals.
