Student visit to MIBO KOMUNIKACIJE Company
On June 6, 2024, third-year students from the Department of Telecommunications visited the MIBO KOMUNIKACIJE company in Sarajevo. The aim of the visit was to familiarize students with the practical aspects of work in the telecommunications industry and to gain an insight into the technical operations of the company.
During the visit, MIBO representatives held an introductory presentation covering the company’s history, mission, vision, and core activities. Students had the opportunity to see various technical projects that the company is currently working on, with a special emphasis on the development and implementation of advanced telecommunications solutions.
After the presentation, students asked questions and discussed with the company’s engineers and managers about technical challenges, career opportunities, and the skills needed to work in the industry. The visit ended with a tour of the company’s workspaces and laboratories, where students could see concrete examples of the equipment and technology used.
This visit was extremely beneficial for the students, providing them an insight into real work processes and technical challenges in the industry, which will undoubtedly help them in their further education and future careers.
